Ventilation Control System

Aboard an aircraft, cold fresh air is generated by the air conditioning cooling packs. This cooled air is used mainly for cabin air conditioning but also for avionics or electronics cooling.

For this purpose the cooled air has to be ducted to the appropriate places and to be circulated everywhere in the cabin. This function is performed by the ventilation control system, basically made of electrically driven fans, valves, sensors, controllers and software.

Liebherr is able to supply complete ventilation control systems for commercial and regional aircraft, helicopters, business jets or any other military application.
