HydroSafe with adjustable humidity - for fruit and vegetables

The low humidity DrySafe is ideal for storing meat, fish and dairy products. With high levels of humidity, fruit and vegetables are kept at optimum freshness. Essentially, the technology promotes health and wellness by maintaining vital minerals and vitamins and keeps food fresh up to three times longer than with traditional refrigeration. The humidity in the HydroSafe can be varied depending on the type of food. Helpful hint: Stored produce unwrapped to enable the humidity to have contact with the produce.

The humidity can be regulated in the HydroSafe, permitting it also to be used as a DrySafe, i.e. a dry storage compartment for wrapped food.
